When we recently bought our first home, Lisa was so knowledgeable about what kinds of coverage we would need living in a coastal community, that she even suggested an additional report that we could request from the home inspector. That report lowered the rates on our homeowners policy even further, which will offset the cost of the inspector's report immediately. Lisa also worked directly with our lender, taking a huge weight off our shoulders in making sure we had the correct coverage required, while still keeping our best interests in mind. East Bay Insurance is a family run company, who treat their clients like family.
